Sonia altered my wedding dress for me. I saw her on three occasions. I don't know how she does it (however I can't sew or make much at all) but she did the most amazing and perfect job of altering it.

Sonia is without doubt the kindest and most caring lady I have ever met. She made me feel at ease the moment I met her.

It was an absolute pleasure going to see Sonia for my wedding dress alterations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely lady.

My dress required quite an unusual alteration in that I wanted the regular shoulder straps changing to a halterneck, although I didn’t appreciate at the time how much this would alter the structure of the dress and how much work it would involve! Fortunately Mae Bridal highly recommended Sonia, whose experience and professionalism meant that the necessary alterations were no trouble and all and were carried out to a very high standard.

Sonia is definitely the right person to be working with anxious brides (like myself!) as she is extremely patient, calm and reassuring, and ensures that you understand the alterations she is going to make and how they will affect the dress. Sonia will go out of her way to make sure that you are completely happy with the dress and was even making alterations in the final minutes of my last fitting with her so that it was exactly as it needed to be!

I got some wonderful comments on my dress from my wedding day, and am really grateful to Sonia for helping me achieve a dress that I had thought would not be possible. Thank you!
